The Radio Research Section of ECREA is hosting 6 panels devoted to radio research. Visit the Radio Research Section site for details about the work of the section and to join.

Four members of RRI are actviely participating in the Barcelona conference, Brian O'Neill and Frank Byrne will be presenting papers, Helen Shaw will be chairing the Digital Radio Panel and Rosemary Day is organizing the panels as Chair of the Radio Research Section of ECREA.

Given the interest shown by radio researchers from around the globe in presenting at Barcelona (123 abstracts received for 36 places), the Radio Research Section of ECREA is currently planning a radio specific conference for June in 2009, probably in Cyprus.
